Zhejiang Mayang Industries Co., Ltd. has become a leading enterprise in the wear-resistant casting industry since its establishment in 1985, adhering to the profound heritage of its predecessor, Wuyi Mayang Precision Casting Factory. As the main revision unit of the national standard GB/T5680-2023 “Austenitic Manganese Steel Castings”, we are committed to technological innovation and continuous optimization of industry standards.

We specialize in the production of various types of high-performance castings, including high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, alloy steel and martensitic inlay ceramics, etc., which provide durable and critical components for the industrial sector. Our factory covers an area of 110,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced vacuum molding casting and sodium silicate sand casting to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products.

In terms of production equipment, we have 3 sets of 3-12 tons medium frequency furnaces, 8 sets of 10-40 tons natural gas heat treatment furnaces, one 800 tons and 1,200 tons hydraulic presses each, and more than 80 sets of lifting equipment, which builds up a strong production capacity. Machining equipment includes 7 sets of milling machines and 34 sets of CNC vertical lathes, covering the full size range of precision machining needs. In terms of quality control, we use high-end testing equipment such as German OBLF Direct-Reading Spectrometer, British Oxford Direct-Reading Spectrometer, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, Mechanical Properties Test Machine, etc., and combine them with non-destructive testing technology to ensure that our products comply with the most stringent standards at every stage from raw materials to finished products.

Our production capacity covers single piece castings from 50 kg to 24 tons to meet the needs of industries of different sizes.
